VOICES CARRY performance group

Voices Carry (formerly Voices from Inside/Out) offers performances and readings designed to bring the stories of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women to the public. Voices Carry presentations feature women from minimum-security facilities or women who have been released into the community. Each performance is followed by Q&A.

Since its launch in the fall of 2004, we have performed at venues all over Western Massachusetts, including colleges and universities, local arts centers, churches, and conference centers. We have also performed at local fundraising events, professional development and writing conferences, poetry slams, and more.  If you would like to schedule a Voices Carry performance, please email info@voicesfrominside.org.
